The standard poster size we expect at EUROISMAR 2019 is A0 in portrait orientation, with the longer dimension vertical. The exact dimensions for the recommended poster size would be 84.1 x 118.9 cm (33.1 x 46.8 inches), according to DIN/ISO 216.
We can accommodate landscape posters up to a maximum width of 120 cm (47 inches). The dimensions of the poster display board are: 120 x 150 cm (47 x 59 inches).
You are free to bring a single poster or bring multiple smaller pieces of paper that would cover the area of an A0 poster.
We will provide some pins (at least 4-6) for attaching your poster to the board. If you wish, you can also bring your own additional pins.
Display time and interchange
We are fortunate to have a large number of attendees and received many excellent abstracts. Therefore, we wish to enable as many attendees to showcase their scientific work at EUROISMAR 2019 as possible.
At EUROISMAR 2019 posters are not separated into scientific tracks to encourage scientific exchange and interdisciplinary collaborations.
While we are not constrained by the number of poster boards (450 were ordered), we find ourselves constrained by space to place the boards. Due to fire safety, catering, and obligations to allocate space to sponsors, we have only limited space to display posters.
We have therefore decided to implement an interchange of posters.

Security and valuables
Please note that all materials on display at the poster boards is left at the presenter's own risk. The organizers cannot take any responsibility for any lost items that were placed at the poster boards. We recommend that you do not leave any valuables and mark any poster tubes clearly with your name and institution.
